Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-500)

The BPC-157 and TB-500 pairing popularized by podcasts and athlete forums—not a licensed product.

“Wolverine stack” is nickname culture for two research peptides stacked for injury recovery. BPC-157 is a gastric pentadecapeptide; TB-500 is a thymosin beta-4–related fragment. Together they dominate online repair conversations—far ahead of human randomized data.

Practical notes

  • Neither peptide is FDA-approved for injury healing or OTC sale.
  • WADA prohibits both—competitive athletes risk sanctions.
  • Research-vendor purity is inconsistent; COAs are not independent proof.
  • Imaging + PT + sports medicine first for pain lasting more than a few weeks.
  • Oral BPC-157 capsules marketed online are not the same as studied injectable forms.
